The following product support services are available from HocTecS Limited.

Product Training

HocTecS can prepare and deliver courses and student assessment programmes to a professional standard to meet the theory and practical training requirements for product support.

Customer Product Training

- customer training as part of the overall product supply contract, with training delivered to the standards necessary for customer acceptance.

- continuation customer training to maintain product knowledge, increase competence levels and ensure continuity of contact.

In-House Product Training

- product training programmes for sales and support staff providing improved response to customers

- product training for production staff providing improved awareness, involvement and efficiency
